Measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape level and snug but not tight. Stand naturally and breathe normally.
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso. This is usually just above the belly button. Don't hold your breath!
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Stand with your feet together and wrap the tape measure around the widest point.
Measure from the crotch to the ankle bone on the inside of your leg. Stand straight and have someone help you for the most accurate result.

- Wear thin, close-fitting clothing or measure over underwear.
- Stand straight with your arms relaxed at your sides.
